Local Structure

Mars Canada Inc. is a fast-paced, privately-held company with global sales of over $21 billion annually. We are proud to have been named as one of Canada’s Top 100 companies to work for in both 2007 and 2008 by Maclean’s magazine.

We are based in two greater Toronto area (GTA) communities with our confectionery plant situated in Newmarket, Ontario, and our pet and food plants both located in Bolton, Ontario. Bolton is also the location of our head office which employs over 700 people who are committed to living our local mission of helping Canadians celebrate life everyday through food experiences.

The National office is an easy 30 minutes commute north of Toronto in a growing community that has many amenities, along with stunning green space that is perfect for outdoor pursuits such as hiking, cycling, golfing and skiing. Caledon was recently named the safest community to live in by Maclean's magazine.  We are a different kind of organization that is founded on five principles that free us to make a difference.
