Q. How long will my résumé be kept on file?
A. Résumés will be kept on file for one year, however, we suggest whenever there is a change to your résumé (such as an upgraded education, or a change in you contact information), you should update your profile.

Q. What is the interview process at Mars Canada?
A. For most positions candidates will go through a series of interviews. The first interview is the initial screening stages where candidates will go through both qualifying and behavioural based questions. This stage allows the opportunity for candidates to learn more about the position, the work environment, and the culture at Mars Canada. The second interview is a panel interview in which candidates will be able to call on different skills sets to solve and present a case study or problem to the hiring panel.
