40 percent less saturated fat – 100 percent taste
At Mars we want people to enjoy their chocolate moments, with a good conscience. And this is the reason why we constantly work to improve our products – without compromising taste – to make them fit into today’s less active lifestyle.
5 years intensive research, 40.000 working hours and a 10 million Euro investment, has made Mars Europe the first cholocate company to reduce the content of saturated fat in its MARS, SNICKERS and MILKY WAY chocolate bars.
Following the reduction of fatty acids by 15 percent in these products, they now contain 35-45 percent less fatty acids on average, in comparison with the 25 leading chocolate brands (per 100 grams) in Scandinavia.
