EFDP: European Finance Development Program
Our European Finance Development Programme (EFDP) is aimed at graduates from the area of Finance. The three-years programme consists of three different assignments within the European finance area along with individual coaching and training. It provides the perfect foundation for a career in Finance.

By the way, our Finance associates are not only number crunchers. As you’ve probably realised, this isn’t an average trainee programme, but rather a management programme at the highest level. The EFDP is designed to attract determined and capable graduates who are prepared to learn, improve and grow. The programme creates future finance managers with the business experience, maturity and insight to lead the business world of tomorrow. As a Management Trainee we will offer you the chance to go wherever the greatest development opportunities are. So, you’ll need to be flexible enough to work in three different sites in France and Europe while completing the programme.
