You and Mars : the right choice ?
From what you’ve heard so far, it’s probably becoming clear that we don’t work the same way as other companies.

For starters, we’re very non-hierarchical. We don’t put our managers on pedestals, nor do we sit them in huge corner offices. They sit in open-plan offices with everyone else (yes, even the CEO), which makes them very approachable. Great if you’ve got a question to ask, or just want to introduce yourself.


We moreover received in March, 2011, by the institute "Great Place To Work ", the special price of the Equity and our company arrived 4th in the rank of the French companies where it well makes work.

We also put a lot of trust in our people’s abilities. So, as our Associate, you’ll enjoy the kind of responsibility that many other companies would be reluctant to give. But that’s not to say you’ll be left to sink or swim. Well, naturally, specific areas will require certain technical skills and qualifications. But beyond that, we’re looking for business savvy individuals. Charisma, drive and entrepreneurial spirit are what matter to us. We want people who, instead of waiting for things to drop in their lap, will actively seek out new opportunities and ways to develop themselves. People who have a burning desire to learn new things. People who want to lead rather than be led.
