Mutuality Principle
A mutual benefit is a shared benefit; a shared benefit will endure.

The principle of Mutuality applies equally to everyone in the company.  Associates are evaluated as individuals, based on their talent and sense of initiative, and rewarded in accordance with their contributions. We recognize that we all have different needs at different stages of our lives and accept that associates choose the ways of working or the career options that suit them best. When we negotiate with our suppliers or distributors, we avoid setting conditions that would hurt their business – though we naturally require the products and services that best meet our requirements.
The principle of Mutuality also means we must respect the environment and develop the most feasible and sustainable means to achieve our objectives. We try to contribute to the prosperity and quality of life of our local and national communities, while we benefit from our partnership with them.
