You have not yet finished your studies and are looking for genuine work experience in a company? Mars is offering you this opportunity now. Our 3 to 6 month placements are specifically designed for students wanting to know what it’s like to work in a major international organisation.

We will give you the unique chance to work independently on a project, and put those theories you learned into practise as part of this internship. Whether you join us in Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Logistics, Human Resources, Engineering or Research & Development, you’ll be a member of the Mars team and treated as such. This means accepting challenges, meeting tough deadlines, planning budgets and collaborating with colleagues from the management.

Of course, you are not left alone with your responsibilities. Your line manager will be coaching you along the way, not only on a functional but also on a personal level. Furthermore, our working environment is characterised by a high level of teamwork.  This means there'll be someone close-by to provide support and practical help when you need it. Furthermore, a so-called Round Table for our interns takes place every four weeks. This provides you with an opportunity to share information with interns from other areas and learn more about the overall Mars organisation.

The benefits of our placements.

As well as above-average payment (€ 850-1.200 per month), we reimburse interview travel expenses and will help you find accommodation during your placement.
