As a private, family-owned company, Mars, Incorporated is governed by a Board of Directors made up of Mars family members and advisors. The company is run by a global management team led by President and CEO Paul S. Michaels. The company's management team brings a wealth of experience to bear in its oversight of the day-to-day operations of the business across six segments: Chocolate, Petcare, Food, Wrigley Gum and Confections, Drinks and Symbioscience.

In order for us to continue to grow and sustain improvement in our company performance, we have aligned our global leadership structure by business segments.
