Mars, Incorporated 2011 Principles in Action Summary

In 1947, Forrest E. Mars, Sr. documented his commitment to building a business that creates a “mutuality of benefits” for all stakeholders. Still owned by the Mars family, we remain committed to this objective at every level of the company. We plan for the long term, so that our business will continue to create a mutuality of benefits for generations to come.
