Information Services (IS), our global IT division, is constantly looking around the corner to see what's coming and they make sure our business gets the best out of any new developments. They deliver value by developing, deploying and supporting agile, intelligent technology solutions and services that drive business performance and improve life for everyone in our business.

As the technology landscape continues to evolve so will the range of exciting opportunities we can offer around the world. For those positions we’re looking for people with a high level of technical proficiency, and a good mix of technical and business skills. The kind of people who can demonstrate leadership, operational excellence and the ability to develop a portfolio of solutions and cost-effective IT services focused on customer needs.

Ideal candidate profile

A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or similar IT qualifications and experience, are essential to apply for an IT role. For some technical roles professional accreditation is also required. A good understanding of, or experience in, support, business processes, technology & infrastructure support and / or and overview of IT project management is desirable.

An IT leadership role requires the following characteristics:

    Strong problem-solving skills – capable of high-quality decision making, problem solving, data collection and problem identification. Quality decisions often must be made with less than complete information, in little time and with few or no precedents to rely on.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – to navigate through business challenges these skills, together with skills in conflict management, are essential.

    Team working – build effective, highly-motivated teams to accomplish more by working together than we could as individuals.

    A strong drive for results – deliver benefits to the business through quality of services. Our associates need to have the ability to manage projects, as well as teams, to instigate the adoption of new business processes or technical solutions in line with the defined strategy.
