PRINCIPLES IN ACTION 2015 SPOTLIGHT: ASSOCIATE SATISFACTION TARGET
We’re incredibly proud that our Associates have helped us win Gallup’s Great Place to Work® award for eight of the past nine years. That puts us in the top 10 percent of companies!
And when it comes to teams, we’re in the top 74th percentile — every year approaching our target to be in the 80th percentile. This second measure uses engagement data from teams, not just individuals. It combines team data from across the business and compares them to a global Gallup database of other team data. It’s a much higher bar to set ourselves, because it relies on whole teams being happy, not just individuals. But it’s a challenge we’re excited to tackle and determined to accomplish!
