The Road Ahead: Working Toward Gender-balanced Teams
Empowering women in the workplace is led by our Global Director of Inclusion and Diversity, Michelle Thomas:

In some teams, levels and functions, our teams would benefit my having more females. On other teams and functions, we would benefit by having more males. We are working to integrate this diversity lens into our human resource processes.
