Pedigree® has an emotional television advertising campaign to promote the dog snack Agility Care+ launch, an innovative product to relieve joint stiffness and to improve mobility.

The advertising campaign on TV with a 30 second spot, running in the SIC and TVI channels, shows us a reality that many dog lovers have already experienced, for example, a dog’s difficulty to get up and move when it is time to go for a walk. The scenario changes: in just 6 weeks, when the dog’s owner start feeding him daily with Agility Care+, the dog recovers his vitality and energy.

Besides the TV spot, created and locally adapted by TBWA, the brand will be very active on radio (Comercial and RFM), with spots and live-copies; at the points of sale, with special displays and promoters; and in the Internet, with a strong activation through the web site www.desafioagilitycare.com, to promote the challenge of the 6-week period of time recommended for owners to see a difference in their dog’s mobility.

According to Ricardo Azenha, Agility Care+ brand manager, "the first signs of joint’s stiffness could be revealed by certain behaviors of the dogs, such as a decrease of physical activity, difficulty to climb stairs, or even when they stop running to the door when their owners arrive home. The snack Pedigree® Agility Care+, helps them to stay active for much longer, improving substantially their quality of life”.
