Milan, May 20, 2009 – Suzi Wan® expands its product range with two new entries characterized by a unique oriental flavour: the new curry and Cantonese sauces. The Suzi Wan® ready-to use sauces are ideal to prepare main and side dishes in few minutes with a new and original taste.

Curry is by now well-known all over the world and can be said to have been originally included among the spices and flavours generally used in Europe. This is why curry-based sauces now find general appeal; they are ideal both for use in recipes, substituting curry powder or as a decoration, and for serving as a ready-to-use dressing. To satisfy the needs of its consumers, then, Suzi Wan® offers the new, surprisingly tasty and delicate curry sauce.

Today Cantonese cuisine is the best-known and widespread cooking style in the west. Characterized by the use of spinach, cabbage, peppers, broccoli, and dried mushroom, Cantonese cooking favors quick frying of vegetables, which allows preservation of food colour, taste, and nutrients. The new Suzi Wan® Cantonese sauce, rich of these ingredients, is the ideal match to ensure an original touch in main dishes.

Using the new Suzi Wan® sauces is very easy. Sauté meat, fish, or vegetables with a drop of oil in a wok – the hemispheric Chinese pan – or in a pan. Then, according to desired taste, add the Curry or Cantonese dressing sauce – the content of the pack serves 3-4. Stir for a few minutes and serve.

The new sauces expand the Suzi Wan® dressings range, which already includes sweet and sour vegetable, soy and sweet soy, and coconut meat sauces.
