Health and safety

Mars promotes the awareness and commitment of each individual for their own responsibility in matters relating to health. That includes optimising workplaces, routines to avoid back strain, and health checks and healthy eating. An important element is our Spass bewegt programme at which health experts showcase information and solutions to our employees.

Personal advancement

At Mars education means personal further development of one's potential. Continual further development of all our workforce is a fundamental part of our personnel policy. Every year opportunities, contents and objectives for development are discussed with all our employees as part of a Personal Development Plan (PDP), resulting in an individually tailored development plan drawn up according to personal, team-related and technical aspects. These measures range from language courses to management techniques and personality development.
