In 2009 – 2010 the Great Place to Work® Institute conducted an analysis of Switzerland’s best employers. The companies were rated based on the Great Place to Work model, according to which a great workplace is defined by three interconnected relationships: the relationship of trust between employees and management, the pride at being employed by a particular employer, and the good relations between employees and other employees.
