Why can I not find certain products in the UK, which are available in other countries?
All our sister companies throughout the world are serviced by local manufacturing and marketing units, which cater for the specific market and cultural differences of that country.
We have to be certain before we launch a new product or variety onto the market and only if our consumer research shows high demand then we would consider introducing such a product.
Why do I only get a few of my favourite flavoured sweets compared to other flavours in mixed variety products?
Throughout the manufacturing process, a quantity of each sweet variety is weighed to the required specification of the assortment. The mix of sweets in each pack is intended to provide maximum consumer satisfaction, through balancing known sweet preferences with the need for assortment. Our aim is to produce each pack with the correct ratio of flavours but these numbers can sometimes vary.
Can I purchase my favourite Celebration sweet individually?
Unfortunately, Celebration sweets are only available in a mixed variety.
Celebrations intend provide a blend of everyone’s favourites which are packed in different sizes to suit every occasion.
I cannot find my favourite product in store. Can you help me where to find it?
All of our products are delivered into central warehouses or wholesalers who in turn supply the supermarkets and shops around the country.
Whilst we do try to influence our major customers to supply as wide a range of our products as possible, we are unable to advise you of specific stockists.
The following supermarkets are able to advise if your local store has the product you require. It is sometimes possible for them to obtain the product for you from their usual wholesaler or warehouse.

How do I share a product / packaging idea with you?
We receive many ideas from the general public suggesting new and interesting designs, together with lots of feedback and comments on our current product ranges and packaging.
Not all ideas are feasible due to technology restraints and are often many years in planning. All designs are generated in house and through our agencies.
