The engagement of our associates is critical - engagement leads to higher morale, motivation and performance, and is the ultimate example of mutuality in the workplace. We run a global associate engagement programme, taking regular feedback from all of our associates on how they are feeling and where we could improve. This is further supported by the importance placed on the role of both the associate and the line manager to take the responsibility to develop and grow.
