Today, Mars was once again named on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place To Work. Eric Minvielle, Vice President, People & Organization, thanked Associates for their hard work, dedication and commitment to taking everyday actions toward the world we want tomorrow.
Our Associates are proud to volunteer in many ways around the world. From a local farmers market in the United States to serving hundreds of Iftar meals in Dubai, we live our purpose in the office and beyond.

Jessica Mason captained her university’s triathlon club, where she developed a passion for motivating people. Now a project engineer at the Mars Food factory in King’s Lynn, England, she continues to put this skill to use to encourage more young women to follow in her footsteps and pursue a STEM program.
A two-year backpacking trek around the globe did far more than show Associate Frank Hanisch the scenery. The trip, which Frank took before joining Mars Petcare in Germany in 2013, also opened his eyes to the challenges people face and inspired him to make a difference.
