In sharing our Code of Conduct with our first-tier suppliers we make our expectations clear, aligning our suppliers with our standards and ensuring that we work with partners that share our beliefs.

Mars Edge And Foodspring Joining Forces

McLean, Virginia / Berlin, June 27 2019 – Mars, Incorporated today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a significant majority stake in foodspring, a direct-to-consumer targeted nutrition company based in Berlin and led by its founders. On completion of the transaction, foodspring will remain a standalone business led by the founders within Mars Edge, a segment of Mars, Incorporated. It will continue to operate out of its headquarters in Germany.

The Lion's Share Fund Wins Grand Prix At Cannes Festival

CANNES (June 21, 2019) – The Lion’s Share Fund, a unique initiative which asks advertisers to contribute much-needed funds to support wildlife conservation and animal welfare across the globe, has won a Grand Prix at this year’s Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity.  

The Fund, first announced at last year’s Cannes Festival, was recognised in the Sustainable Development Goals category for its use of creativity to help address one of the world’s greatest environmental challenges.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (December 5, 2017): Mars Wrigley U.S., part of the world’s leading manufacturer of chocolate, chewing gum, mints, and fruity confections, announced today its intent to base its U.S. headquarters in New Jersey, utilizing existing offices in Hackettstown, NJ, as well as a new location in Newark, NJ. Mars Wrigley global headquarters will continue to be based in Chicago while its U.S. headquarters will transition to New Jersey by July 2020.
