Poul Weihrauch

In September 2022, Poul Weihrauch took over the position of CEO and Office of the President for Mars.
Poul has served on the Mars Leadership Team since 2011 and has spent more than 20 years with Mars, having worked across all segments of the business from Petcare to Snacking and Food & Nutrition. He is known for his commitment to Associates and integrating purpose, sustainability and strategy to drive responsible growth, performance and positive societal impact.
Before he was appointed Mars CEO, Poul was President of Mars Petcare, leading the evolution from its origins in pet food into a true petcare company.
Prior to joining Mars, Poul worked for Nestlé in various sales and marketing positions. He started his career at Stimorol Chewing Gum and he has lived and worked in six countries.
Poul is a member of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA Shareholders’ Committee and a Board Member of the Consumers Good Forum.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in business economics, an MBA, and studied international marketing at Strathclyde in Scotland.
Poul enjoys various sports and spending time with his beloved family dogs Twixie and Eddie. Football (or soccer!) is among his other passions.
