Rebecca Snow is the Global Vice President of People & Organization (P&O) for Mars, Incorporated. She is a member of the Mars Leadership Team (MLT), reporting to Poul Weihrauch, CEO and Office of the President.
Rebecca is known as a strong business leader and strategic advisor who balances Associate advocacy while ensuring competitive advantage for the organization. Her experience spans multiple functions, Segments, and markets.
Rebecca began her career at Mars in 1995 as a graduate trainee in the Mars Petcare business, completing assignments in the U.K. and Poland across multiple functions. She then progressed rapidly through roles of increasing scale and complexity in P&O in Europe. Relocating to Belgium in 2006 as the first Vice President of P&O for Multisales, Rebecca built a foundation of trust, a culture of growth and secured a reputation for the business unit as a formidable talent developer.
In 2009, Rebecca became the Chief Talent Officer for Mars, supporting the integration of Wrigley and Mars people processes post-acquisition, building our Top 25 Great Place to Work reputation and creating our Management Development Review (MDR) and Talent Development Review (TDR) signature processes to ensure robust succession management. Following her role at the global corporate headquarters, Rebecca was promoted to P&O VP for Wrigley in 2015. Over a nine-year period, Rebecca played an instrumental role in the Snacking business – leading the people and organization elements for the integration of Wrigley and Mars Chocolate businesses and subsequently driving talent, capability and cultural transformation to deliver record performance levels for the business. Rebecca became the global Vice President for Mars, Incorporated in July 2024.
Rebecca is passionate about enabling people to reach their full potential by fostering a culture of belonging, learning and development. She brings great perspective, offers unique insights and sets high standards for intellectual curiosity and personal accountability.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, golfing, and spending time with her energetic sons, Theo and Alexander, and her partner, Helen.
