Each year since 2020, we’ve been recognized as one of “America’s Best Employers for Women” by Forbes in the U.S., ranked 269 among the 20,000 eligible U.S. companies and seventh in the food category.
And it all began with an unfiltered look in our own mirror.
We’re committed to fostering an environment where our 140,000+ Associates feel valued and respected, regardless of any visible or invisible differences. Where they’re comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work, where they enjoy equal opportunities to be heard, where they feel supported to reach their full potential.
So how did Forbes pick their champions? Companies were identified in an independent survey from a sample of roughly 50,000 U.S. employees (working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S.). The sample included more than 30,000 women.
