New ANTECH™ facility sets out to bring cutting-edge research to veterinary professionals and the pets they care for
ANTECH™ opens new multimillion-dollar R&D Center of Excellence and North American Business Headquarters in Loveland, Colorado
Mars Science & Diagnostics, a division of our Mars Petcare business, has announced the grand opening of its newest facility: the ANTECH™(Opens a new window) North America Hub and R&D Center of Excellence in Loveland, Colorado.
Set in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the new $15.5 million ANTECH™(Opens a new window) facility is now the home base for the growing ANTECH™ Veterinary Diagnostics Laboratory and In-House Diagnostics businesses, along with the ANTECH™ R&D Center of Excellence and ANTECH™’s allergy business, Allercept. The R&D Center of Excellence also includes a state-of-the-art laboratory to develop new tests designed to support veterinary professionals with diagnostic tools, data and technology to improve outcomes in pet health.
With this robust multipurpose facility, ANTECH™ will continue to support veterinary professionals with the cutting-edge product research to better predict, diagnose and monitor wellness and disease in pets in service of the Mars Petcare Purpose: A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS.
The state-of-the-art facility also reflects Mars Petcare’s commitment to pet-friendly workplaces: pets were considered in every aspect of the development, from facilities to policies and programs, all to promote Associate and pet companion interaction throughout the day. Associates who have pets can enjoy storage space for pet items, desk-side pet leash attachments, pet hydration stations, cleanup stations for accidents, outdoor waste stations with free waste bags, and soon, an outdoor dog run for exercise.
